My research focuses on advancing the field of Design for Additive Manufacturing (DfAM), with an emphasis on optimizing both mechanical performance and geometric accuracy through innovative design strategies. In particular, I am interested in exploring fill pattern techniques and infill modification methods to mitigate warpage and enhance the mechanical integrity of 3D printed parts. Additionally, I am passionate about integrating non-destructive evaluation techniques, particularly structured light scanning, to assess the fidelity of additive-manufactured components. This holistic approach aims to streamline the design-to-production workflow, ensuring that manufactured parts meet stringent performance and quality standards.
